What Happens during the Hypnotherapy Treatment?

  • I am a trained and certified hypnotherapist. The methods that I use range from first understanding what your personal problem is, then I like to ask a few question about you.
  • When it’s time for the treatment to begin I will bring you into a relaxed hypnosis state, either by talking to you or I could also play relaxing music in the background.
  • The session will be carried out using the present tense. This is a technique that reinforces the sense of feeling confident at the moment, rather than at some other time.
  • All the statements made during the session also carry a positive tone so the subconscious registers it and the impression becomes imprinted so that it remains active when you leave the treatment.
  • As I mentioned previously, some people may get the much-needed confidence boost with only a few sessions while it might take a little longer for others.
